Brief Biography

Started teaching Computing in Southampton in 1967 using an IBM 1130, with Hollerith cards, at Southampton Technical College. I taught Computing to adults and upper secondary schools until I retired 10 years ago. I was a teacher trainer in Cambridgeshire when the BBC computer was introduced before moving to Leicestershire and have used many different computers in schools - PET, Ohio Scientific SuperBoard, Atari ST and PCs. I now spend my time building systems from Arduinos and Raspberry Pis. I help out at Raspberry Jams.
